All trips depart from Rawalpindi or Islamabad. We offer a pickup point service at several landmark locations across both cities. Exact pickup details are confirmed upon booking, typically at a central location convenient for the whole group.
What is included in the trip price?
Transport in premium AC vehicles, accommodation (as per package), guide services, and a trip coordinator on call 24/7. Meals are included in full-board packages and excluded in others — this is clearly stated for every package. Entry fees to certain attractions may be additional.
How early should I book?
For group trips, we recommend booking at least 1 week before departure to secure your seat. For private and customised trips, 3-5 days' notice is usually sufficient. For honeymoon packages, we recommend 2 weeks to allow time for special arrangements like couple photography bookings and restaurant reservations.
Are the trips suitable for children?
Absolutely. Our family trips are specifically designed for children of all ages. We choose child-friendly hotels, plan frequent rest stops, keep routes accessible and safe, and our drivers are trained in family transport. Even infants and toddlers regularly travel on our Naran and Swat family packages.
What type of vehicles do you use?
We operate a fleet of premium Toyota Land Cruisers, Prado 4x4s, and Coaster minibuses. All are air-conditioned, GPS-tracked, and regularly inspected by our in-house mechanic. For Fairy Meadows and routes requiring special jeeps, we use locally-operated open jeeps as those sections are inaccessible to standard vehicles.

Solo travellers are warmly welcome on all group trips — it's actually one of the best ways to meet people with similar interests. For private trips, solo pricing is available on request; we can often match solo travellers with small groups to reduce costs. Just ask when you book.
What happens if weather or road conditions force a change?
Mountain travel requires flexibility. In the event of road closures, adverse weather, or unforeseen events like landslides, our team will immediately arrange the best possible alternative route or activity — or reschedule the trip entirely at no extra cost to you. We monitor road conditions 24 hours in advance of every departure.
